Andrea Urban Fox cast out by church?

I'm pointing out to the person who stole a first draft of this copyright blog to repost elsewhere the copyright declaration at the end.  Andrea's sounding butthurt,  she's FEWMING, no change there then.

I haven't updated this blog for over a year. I came to the conclusion attention seeking liar Andrea Da Silva Goncalves aka @_AndreaUrbanFox and her other troll accounts (how many suspended trolling Twitter accounts now Andrea? Still using that RT Bot troll account I see, and that coffee shop one) was so dumb, so dull, and frankly, so deranged that it was time to quietly tiptoe away and leave her to her own frothing. She hates being ignored. She equally hates being exposed as the bully and liar she is, forever playing victim while the reality is, she's the cause of all her own problems.

Andrea cannot do the same with me of course.  Seems she can't live without me. Yes I have the screenshots Andrea, thanks to a friend, and I'll update police, just to have on record.  The same police who told you to get lost and stop wasting their time when you lied and lied about me.  Yes I have it in writing, from police.

I note she's had several Twitter suspensions on her Fox account too, the most recent for reposting an animal bestiality video.

It has recently come to my attention that Andrea has allegedly been told to never darken the doors of her local church again. It appears that 'warm welcome' was withdrawn, after Andrea revealed her real nature.  (This was on public record, so she can't whine that it's private information.)

Remember this blog? The one Andrea was so incensed about? Bless her. She does get upset easily. Mid life crisis perhaps?

Andrea didn't like my reporting her distinct lack of Christian behaviour.

Anyhow, it seems to have reached the notice of the clergy and congregation of her church that Andrea is not the true Christian she pretended to be when, for whatever reason, she began turning up at St Matthew's in Bethnal Green and got herself confirmed in 2013. 

 Oh whoops. Told to go and never darken their doors again?

'I know Andrea. She does not attend church here since an incident online. I in no way encourage her behaviour, use of such language or activity in person or online, which is why she in no longer welcome in our congregation.'

Andrea claims the email is doctored. I make no claims one way or another.

I have no idea what the incident was that finally triggered her possible expulsion. So many to choose!  It appears other people have been harassed and lied about by Andrea Da Silva Goncalves and someone contacted Father Scully.

I'm sure telling the former Archbishop of Canterbury to eff off can't have helped.  Andrea's hatred of Muslims isn't very Christian is it?

I recall another similar tweet regarding the current Archbishop, Justin Welby.

I'm still waiting for that injunction Andrea, the one you threatened then realised you would have to pay and I'd have a right of legal representation and the ability to respond. It's how the legal system  works in the UK.  Whatever did happen to that?  I'm waiting for my 'day in court' to tell a judge what an obsessed, malicious, manipulative liar you are.  It could be fun. And very, very expensive for you.

Until then, stop lying you have an injunction.

Now I suggest you 'cease and desist' your obsession with me, and your lies. Try to get some sort of life which doesn't revolve around being a foul mouthed fool, if not for yourself, for the sake of your child.

Sadly for Andrea da Silva Goncalves her dear pal and lapdog Keano, who originates from Hyde, EDL supporter, has been banished, finally, to the Twitter wilderness for carrying out a campaign of targeted abuse and harassment. I was certainly on the receiving end of his vileness, as were many others. He joins her other dear pals Sheryl McNaught @Sheryl2311 and Ambrosine Shitrit @Mrs_Shitrit @YadbyadUK etc (Yes I know Ambro is still tweeting in about her 333rd incarnation, but Twitter does keep catching up with her. I think three accounts suspended last week and another today? Shame her followers went up from three to over 5000 Russian spammers today also, I hope they hadn't cost her too much *snork*. )

Of course Andrea is no stranger to being BANNED from Twitter, her abusive @GotABoneToPick  (yes she admitted it was her and I have the screenshot to say so, see below) banished for targeted abuse and harassment of many people, not just Tesco and Genesis Housing Association (Andrea loves to harass Genesis, who own the block of flats in which she lives).

She was certainly involved with the account.

 NB @Jezzasexiles is now the pathetic #Bluehand 'Leader' Andrea's pal @EnglandsTerrier ie David from Leeds, far right numpty.

I'm also less than convinced about her claims BANNED @AndreaUrbanFox wasn't her but a fake, which she had suspended long ago.

Doesn't explain this from 2012? If not her why was she thanking her pal for a #FF for the account?

Keano Kev / Tiger whatever  must be a great loss to Andrea, especially as she was forever favouriting and retweeting him. She loves these foolish blokes who she can manipulate into doing her dirty work.  She loves having troll accounts she can call in to abuse people while trying to remain squeaky clean hereslf (though her ever more crazed Storifies show what a very nasty person she is, and so deluded and ignorant of a great deal).

Of course Andrea ran a long campaign of harassing me on Twitter, and even lied to @support about police and claimed CID got involved to have my account suspended. Oh look her troll pal Terrier! 

CID says yes she was telling fibs. Any crime ref she sent to Twitter didn't denote a crime had been committed. I certainly haven't committed any crimes! Unblemished record. Not even a parking ticket.

I see Andrea also happily spreading the lie from the crazed far right white supremacist troll Terrier (a man with many socks, all of them full of holes) I am or was the Twitter account Lucy Buttercup.  Sooo wrong, soooo very very wrong dear!

By the way Andrea I may have been 'reported to police by many people' as claimed (I doubt that...) but police have never given me any sort of warning whatsoever.  And they are happy to confirm that. Ambrosine, poor dear, is still peddling that lie. Perhaps peddling lies is part of why Twitter keeps suspending her accounts, along with her pal Sheryl McNaught? Nor have they told me to 'back off' anything. Your and yours pals little ruses haven't worked. Still butthurt police told you to stop wasting their time? Still lying my own police force involved in some sort of corruption? Laughable.

Keano Kev will no doubt be back with a new account, but for now, that's one fewer idiot on Twitter associated with Andrea. And that's a reason to be thankful.

Her lies and other dishonesty (such as impersonating me) have been recorded and exposed many times on this blog. She's quite prepared to perjure herself, she's done it in the past to Google, submitting takedown notices based on lies.

Now she's lying to Wordpress over a photograph she stole from me, and republished without permission.  She's making spurious claims that a copyright photograph is 'open source' (she hasn't a clue what that means, clearly) and her publishing it is 'in the public interest' (er... no)  and that my exercising my legal right to submit a DMCA notice to Wordpress to have it removed as theft is in contravention of some Cease and Desist notice which does not exist in any meaningful sense.

Andrea also appears to confuse 'open source' with 'public domain', but my photographs are not public domain either.

Andrea toddled along to County Court on September 8th, demanded to see a judge to seek an injunction against Alison Chabloz and myself. She failed to actually provide the court with the appropriate paperwork and the court notified me of this matter.

Of course an injunction of the sort Andrea wants isn't 'on demand', especially when it's based on bullshit claims from Andrea. There has to be a court hearing and the 'defendants' are entitled to put their side.  The law isn't there as a private army for Andrea.

And according to Andrea anyhow she isn't going ahead with the application.  Well, unless it suits her to try to use it as blackmail and a means to smear me. October 10th 2014:

Perhaps it's time I issued Andrea with a Cease and Desist notice and applied for an injunction against her and her lies and theft? It certainly isn't the first time she's done this.

As Andrea's bullshit to Wordpress included claims she was reporting my application for removal as breaking a Cease and Desist which doesn't actually have any legal force (it's a list of demands and lies by an anonymous troll on a blog) to police, I contacted Andrea's local police myself, sent her counter notice and my response, and got a nice reply. As the response was in confidence I won't reproduce it here, but suffice to say the word spurious sums up what was said about Andrea's claims.

Police have Andrea's measure, and know when she uses them and so called crime refs to manipulate. All her claims against me to police have been dismissed.

I've also contacted Clerkenwell and Shoreditch County Court, given certain information and received certain advice which I will be following.

The Court in addition assured me that they did NOT as Andrea has claimed asked her to go fishing to verify my address in some 'sting' operation.

The photograph published on my blog and stolen and published on her Andrea Urban Fox Wordpress blog was taken by me and as such, regardless of the subject matter, is my copyright. It was not 'open source'.  Nor is it related to any claimed 'Cease and Desist' notice.

Claims that an application to Wordpress under the DMCA to remove what I believe to be unlawful use of my photograph breaks a non existent 'Cease and Desist' notice beggars belief.

There is no legally binding  'Cease and Desist' notice in place. 

I have not received a legal 'Cease and Desist' notice from Andrea Da Silva Goncalves' or, more importantly, her legal representatives. None. Until there is one and all her evidence of her claims is sent to me and/or my legal representatives and I am given the opportunity to respond, and counter, then it does not exist. 

In any case the validity of such a 'Cease and Desist' notice in this case would be questionable and could and would be countered. However, publishing unfounded and untruthful allegations on a Wordpress blog and elsewhere as Andrea Da Silva Goncalves has done and continues to do is harassing me. 

Andrea Da Silva Goncalves claims of harassment of herself can be countered by her harassment of, defamation of and lies about me, of which I have copious evidence. Posting a poll on her WP blog in which she invites readers to vote that I should 'eat shit and die' is one such instance of many. Calling me a 'stalker' is also proof of her harassment. 

This is not a police matter, it is a civil matter, though I will now contact her local police myself at Tower Hamlets Bethnal Green to point out her further bogus claim and her unreliability. 

Andrea's previous reports to police with her harassment claims have been dismissed as basically, wasting their time. I have emails from police which state this to be so. I have talked to an investigating officer at Tower Hamlets CID also.

Please note there is no court injunction in place either. 

A study of the document will reveal that Andrea Da Silva Goncalves so far has no injunction as she failed to apply for one correctly under English law, and until she does, provides relevant documentation, and there is a court hearing in which Alison Chabloz and myself will be entitled to put our side and oppose any such injunction, along with our legal representatives, and a judge decides, the document has no legal force whatsoever. It is merely a notification that Andrea Da Silva Goncalves turned up at court and failed to process her application correctly. 

I point out to Andrea Da Silva Goncalves this could be very expensive for her in terms of court costs as she clearly is making allegations against Alison Chabloz and myself which it is doubtful she can substantiate. An injunction is not something a court applies if it is unjustified. 

In return I have the legal right to sue Andrea Da Silva Goncalves for defamation, and take any other legal action I think necessary. 

Wordpress is therefore obliged, under the terms of copyright and my legally enforceable DMCA notice, to dismiss the counter notice as fraudulent and I believe perjury.

Please pass this counter counter notice to Andrea Da Silva Goncalves. She has proved herself to be a liar repeatedly,and this is again another example of her untruthfulness.

No, I probably can't be bothered to waste cash on legal action against you for theft of the photograph, which to anyone with any knowledge shows you don't have an injunction and failed to even properly file your claim. I note you are too much of a coward to allow your name to be shown too.

I  therefore assume you took no proper legal advice on this and have no solicitor acting for you.

I also assume you are unaware that I am entitled to be present at a hearing and present my evidence as to why your claim you need an injunction is a load of baloney.

On September 8th, Andrea went to County Court of Shoreditch and Clerkenwell and tried to take out an injunction against Alison Chabloz and myself. That's poor Andrea the victim... not.

Her bonkers complaints to police, after CID wasted time investigating, were dismissed, so Andrea thought she'd try it on with civil action.

I have a recent email from CID Andrea, basically saying they have more important things to do than waste time on your BS, after I offered to help with their 'inquiries' into your most recent butthurt whining.

Naturally, being Andrea, she cocked it up, and also forgot that Alison and I would be entitled to a hearing, a defence and rebuttal. 

And today she lied through her teeth again. 

Well, we all know who the attention seeker is Andrea... you. Pitiful. You need to go get some help for all the problems swilling around inside that head, particularly the obsessive compulsive lying disorder. 

Mmm? Well, nothing connected with your injunction attempt regarding Alison and myself. 

Andrea, we are still waiting. Whatever the claims you are now making, the lies you are telling, you went to court to try to take out an injunction. And failed to do that correctly.

The court wrote to me. You didn't get my address quite correct, but the letter did reach me eventually. I laughed.

I have no doubt you received the same letter Andrea.
